The opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employment offer. Compensation is commission only. There is no salary, hourly wage, employee benefits package, or guaranteed income. Licensing and costs

No promise of selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, selection, licensing, background approval, contracting, carrier appointment, access to any specific program, or income. Ascend may decline to proceed at any stage where permitted by law.
